The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix, and related technologies, and be eager to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and managers to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Utilize knowledge of Unix, Oracle, and support functions to address technical challenges and deliver solutions.
- Provide production support by identifying and resolving operational, data, and environment-related issues.
- Analyze requirements and related documentation to develop actionable insights and solutions.
- Regularly update functional managers or team leads on project progress and any potential roadblocks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues methodically and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Adapt to new technologies and business processes to continuously improve performance.
- Contribute as a team player by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues in achieving shared objectives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes and best practices in system management.
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Oracle, PL/SQL, Unix, and related technologies.
- Familiar with Kubernetes, containerization, and DevOps processes.
- Experienced with ETL tools and data integration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms like AWS.
- Basic understanding of Ansible, Airflow, and programming languages (Python/Java).
