Requisition Name: Cloud Technician/ Systems Support Engineer

Duration: 110 Weeks

Services Location: TX/Dallas Remote

Max Rate: $30 phr on W2 or 33 $ phr on Corp- Corp all inc

Description Of Services:
Responsibilities Act as Tier 1 Support Engineer to triage and troubleshoot issues with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS etc. Document solutions for known issues using the company knowledge base system Advocate customer requests, troubleshoot and escalate complex, critical issues to L2/L3 and beyond and advocate for resolution Prioritize technical issues, define, and track bugs and offer creative solutions Work in a team setting in a shared services environment Positive attitude expected - should be able to adapt and work based on business demand Interface with external customers as needed Qualifications Must Have: Knowledge of either UNIX/Linux or Windows Environment. Good written and verbal English communication. Open to work in rotating shifts in 24x7 model. Minimum 1 years of experience in Tier 1 support Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent Ability to work in a remote setting Good to have: Proficient experience on System Administration (Linux / Windows) Certified Experience on AWS at the AWS Associate/SysOps/Developer Certification course level. - Certified

Deliverables:
-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the team -Perform other duties as assigned.
