Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily project tasks, ensuring that all projects adhere to established timelines and deliverables. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly waterfall, with familiarity in agile practices. The Project Coordinator will create detailed project plans, track milestones, and facilitate effective communication within the project team. Experience with Adobe Workfront is highly desired to aid in project tracking and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Support technical projects with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in waterfall project management; familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Experience in managing technical projects.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in risk management and stakeholder management.
