Senior Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 12+ years of strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, AWS, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, building, and leading the development of scalable enterprise-grade applications, while also driving best practices across architecture, release management, ETL, and cloud deployments.

• Lead and mentor development teams in designing and delivering full-stack Java applications.
• Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop modern front-end interfaces using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend APIs.
• Deploy cloud-native applications using Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring availability, scalability, and security.
• Manage and optimize application containerization using Docker and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Define and implement DevOps strategies and lead release management processes.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA, and product owners to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Design and support ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing and integration.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovations to improve development practices.

• 12+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Deep expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
• Strong front-end development skills with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, CloudFormation).
• Proficient in Docker, container orchestration, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Solid understanding of ETL processes, with experience in tools like Apache NiFi, Informatica, or AWS Glue.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in team mentoring, architecture planning, and delivery execution.

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Oracle Certified Java Developer, or Docker Certified Associate.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Kafka, or other modern distributed systems is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Splunk, or ELK Stack.
