Responsibilities

Professional Services Scope

Contractor will provide functional and technical ad hoc support for the SF LMS environment.

Assist in maintaining LMS configuration management of, and documenting changes in the Solutions Design Document. 

Provide demonstrations of current available LMS features to review configuration changes. 

Support troubleshooting of reported errors in conjunction with the various support teams. 

SuccessFactors Upgrade Support 

The contractor will provide comprehensive support for SuccessFactors upgrades, with upgrades not to exceed semi-annually in the calendar year 2024 and in each option period exercised.

Delta Workshop: Delivery of a one-day, remote functional ‘delta’ workshop. The workshop will guide the Customer through a review of new functionality provided in the upgrade and may be delivered across 2, 4-hour remote sessions. Workshops are based on product documentation provided by SAP SuccessFactors (Release Notes and What’s New Viewer). 

Delta Workbook: Documentation of changes to the Customer Workbook, approved by the Customer, and updates to the configuration in the Customer’s Stage and Production environments. 

Delta Configuration Support: Support directly related to Delta Configuration (Test and Production). 

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Consulting support during Customer UAT. Technical and Functional consultants will assist with Customer UAT and address any remediation required post Customer UAT. 

Business process re-engineering may be implemented only if new functionality in the delta upgrade requires additional changes to the Customer’s existing business processes, determined during the delta workshop.
