Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Data Conversion Specialist with strong functional expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C). The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of overall experience, with significant hands-on involvement in data conversion, implementations, and end-to-end solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data conversion activities across Oracle SCM Cloud modules (OM, INV, Manufacturing, O2C).
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, map legacy data, and define conversion strategy.
- Provide functional expertise for SCM modules to ensure smooth implementation and migration.
- Support system integration, testing, and validation of data conversion processes.
- Act as a senior SME resource, guiding project teams and business stakeholders on Oracle Cloud best practices.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to data conversion and functional configurations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Oracle Applications (EBS & Cloud), with at least 3+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
- Strong expertise in Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Proven experience in data conversion strategy, mapping, and execution.
- Deep understanding of functional configurations and integration points within Oracle SCM Cloud.
- Ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Bay Area based clients, with flexibility to be onsite as needed.
- Exposure to related modules such as Procurement and Planning.
