Job Details

Responsible for generating revenue by building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing product or service solutions to meet customer needs. This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, supporting existing accounts, and developing new business through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to drive new business and support existing customers.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions.

  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers, tracking activities in CRM or sales software.

  • Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and product information.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and reports within the company CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and productivity goals.
