About the Role:

About the Role:
As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will contribute to moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, analysis, and execution of deliverables. This role requires a solid understanding of systems engineering principles, policies, and compliance standards, with a focus on release management and change control.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in and consult on moderately complex projects and initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges requiring evaluation of variable factors.
- Support large-scale planning and execution of Systems Operations Engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with functional, procedural, and compliance requirements.
- Apply expertise in release management and change control processes to maintain system integrity and performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent experience through a combination of work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of IT application development, preferably within a financial services environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.
