Product Manager - AI-Based Predictive Maintenance
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Team: Supply Chain Automation - Product

Role Overview
Own and scale AI-driven predictive maintenance products that leverage IoT sensor data and machine-learning models to proactively reduce equipment downtime across large-scale fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for predictive maintenance solutions

  • Translate asset health, failure modes, and maintenance workflows into product requirements

  • Partner with data science teams to deliver and improve AI/ML models

  • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to drive adoption

  • Manage IoT and technology vendors supporting sensing and diagnostics

  • Measure success through uptime, MTBF, MTTR, and cost-avoidance metrics

Required Background

  • Experience in supply chain, maintenance, or industrial operations

  • Exposure to IoT, telemetry, predictive analytics, or AI-driven systems

  • Strong cross-functional leadership and vendor management skills

  • Ability to connect physical asset behavior with digital product outcomes
