Must Have : Previous experience on Truist Bank or Banking and strong Test Management
Job Description:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree, or equivalent work or military experience
At least 5 years of test management experience
Proven track record of excellent test management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communication skills
Highly articulate and demonstrates executive presence
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior technology or business consulting experience
Implementation of test automation into project testing efforts to speed up delivery
Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, and needs
Experience testing large and complex initiatives within a matrixed organization
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Strong grasp of test management and technology development lifecycles
