Job Description:
Primary-Skills:
  • Strong experienced in Building CI/CD pipelines. 5+ years of Advanced knowledge, experience, and understanding of Unix/Linux, Windows. Linux/Unix admin experience/knowledges are preferable.
  • Public and Private cloud knowledge, skills and experiences (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, ELK)
  • Knowledge about SQL Server DB, MQ, Kafka, application monitoring tools. (Dynatrace, Prognosis) and some DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins etc).
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and team communication / facilitative skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Development experiences.
  • Agile experiences.
  • Financial institution knowledges.
Secondary Skills:
  • Very good communication and other soft skills.
  • Wealth Candidateagement Domain knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day to day support for Wealth Candidateagement Data application platforms including Unix, Windows, Sybase, SQL Server, Single Store (In Memory Distributed DB), MQ, Kafka, OpenShift, ELK, Hadoop, Connect Direct, DataStage.
  • Provide expert counselling to application development community in building platform solutions by providing expert technical/solution/platform services.
  • XXgn and implement solutions for application team to leverage the Data platforms.
  • Develop automation programs to improve efficiency of Platform supports.
  • Setup monitor/alerts for the platforms and ensure stability and resiliency of the platforms.
  • Leads Platform initiatives from end to end to ensure initiative will be completed successfully.
  • Follow RBC Technology Standards and work with Dev, QA and support team to ensure DMI platforms meet RBC security and compliance standards.
