Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating and streamlining operations and processes, building and maintaining tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations, and troubleshooting and resolving issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions)
Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Automate system provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery
Troubleshoot issues across the stack: application, network, OS, and hardware
Maintain security best practices in all DevOps processes and infrastructure
Implement and manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures, CI/CD tools, and scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (e.g., CKA, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
Exposure to security and compliance practices (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a passion for automation and performance optimization
