We are looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our team, responsible for configuring, testing, and shipping cutting-edge telecommunication equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and ship sophisticated telecommunication equipment, ensuring all setups meet quality standards.
  • Set up and configure Windows computers, servers, and networking devices according to detailed build and configuration documentation.
  • Stage and configure servers, switches, and firewalls to support various telecommunications projects.
  • Program and debug scripts to streamline staging operations (experience in scripting is a plus).
  • Collaborate effectively with the development team to resolve technical issues related to sales orders and product deployment.
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards, demonstrating excellent attention to detail throughout all tasks.
  • Participate in cross-functional team efforts and swiftly adapt to various roles based on organizational needs.
  • Lift and handle equipment weighing up to 50 lbs safely and consistently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to rotate between different organizational positions.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-3 years preferred; candidates with a technical degree or certification with less experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Windows and Google computer tools, familiarity with networking devices, servers, and basic scripting.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work Ethic: Strong attendance record, ability to work over 40 hours per week, including weekends and overtime.
  • Attentiveness: Focused, safety-conscious, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Reliability: Quick learner, capable of following verbal and written instructions, and adaptable to changing priorities.
