Join our team in Arlington, VA as a Structural Engineer who is excited about designing everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations. With mentorship and guidance from our esteemed group of professional engineers and architects, you'll deliver mission-critical projects that serve the national and international community. You'll be accountable for technical quality of engineering tasks that grow in scope as you gain experience.
As a new graduate, you'll also be enrolled in our two-year Graduate Development Program, a flexible program designed to foster personal and professional growth, facilitate networking, and expose you to the broader aspects of our company and our industry.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a Structural emphasis
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills.
- United States Citizenship
Ideally, you'll also have:
- A 3.0 GPA
- Master of Science in Civil Engineering (with emphasis on Structural Engineering
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Prior internship experience in structural engineering field
- Familiarity with finite element analysis software (e.g., RISA, ETABS)
- Familiarity with Revit or AutoCAD
