Job Details
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor s degree, in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical design of complex products including PCB design, board layout, and schematic capture
- 5+ years of prior experience in firmware development for microcontrollers using C, C++ , Python and/or other embedded programming language
- 5+ years of experience in planning and technical management of complex product development efforts
- Familiarity with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Keil, IAR, or MPLAB
- Proficiency in microcontroller/microprocessor architecture (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including signal processing
- Strong expertise in Microsoft computer software applications
- Ability to understand technical information and communicate it effectively
- Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively lead a cross-discipline team in achieving technical goals
- Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with other team members and across departments
- Is familiar with engineering processes, tools, and instruments used during the product development process
Preferred Qualifications
- Master s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
- Course work or experience in embedded programming
- Coursework or experience in life sciences or bioengineering
- Project management experience or certification
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- Experience with SysPro
- Experience with Smart Sheets
