Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technical Account Manager for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. This role is hybrid in Lehi, UT.

Responsibilities;
  • Build, develop, and maintain one-on-one relationships with customers.
  • Produce and deliver a prescribed set of technical services to maintain operational health.
  • Drive discussions with multiple personas from developers and analysts to management and senior leadership regarding tasks, projects, cases, and prioritization.
  • Serve as a primary, technical go-to person for multiple customers, establishing a deep business and operational understanding of their environment.
  • Field technical inquiries, handle customer issues, and influence partners to improve customers' health.
  • Strategically think about people, process, and technology challenges, helping customers realize the efficiencies and advantages of Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
  • Identify and mitigate risks to establish successful partnerships with Adobe team, namely Product Engineering, Product Management, Consulting, TechOps, and the overall account team.
  • Consistent effort to document, input, and supply strategic and tactical insights inside Adobe Workfront


Required Skills:
  • Marketo Platform Expertise
    • Deep understanding of Marketo Engage's architecture, including smart campaigns, lead scoring, engagement programs, and tokens.
    • Experience with A/B testing, conditional content, and advanced segmentation.
  • Data Management & Integration
    • Ability to manage and optimize databases, including deduplication, segmentation, and data hygiene practices.
    • Familiarity with CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce), API usage, and sync queue configuration.
  • Scripting & Customization
    • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email and landing page customization.
    • Experience with Handlebar scripting for dynamic content personalization.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Ability to configure and interpret performance metrics, deliverability reports, and program analytics.
    • Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and integration with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Understanding of privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how to implement compliant marketing practices within Marketo.
    • Experience auditing admin setup and user permissions for security and compliance
  • Strategic & Operational Skills
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to guide QBRs, lead technical discussions, and translate business goals into platform strategies.
  • Solution Health Reviews: Conducting environment assessments and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Cross-Platform Integration: Knowledge of how Marketo fits into broader Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like AEM, Target, and Real-Time CDP.
  • Communication & Customer Engagement
    • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders from marketing managers to IT administrators.
    • Ability to document and present findings, recommendations, and roadmaps clearly and persuasively.
