Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Specialist with extensive experience supporting Oracle PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The consultant will assist in the upgrade and migration of legacy HCM and Financial systems to Oracle Fusion SaaS, support ongoing feature development, and lead knowledge transfer sessions for internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide development support for customer-requested features and functionality for ERP systems.
- Support and participate in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation tasks and validation activities.
- Assist in validating fixes in test and production environments.
- Conduct ongoing knowledge transfer sessions with internal teams focused on complex development and incident resolution.
- Document technical solutions, development processes, and past incidents to support training and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with SMEs and implementation partners to ensure system alignment and success.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft Developer with a focus on legacy system support.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, migrations, and data cleanup.
- 10+ years of experience in developing data archive strategies for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
- 10+ years providing technical expertise in data consolidation and migration to cloud-based platforms.
- 10+ years supporting Oracle Cloud (SaaS) products.
- 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle databases and related infrastructure.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to interface with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to document and communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and readiness to conduct occasional onsite work.
