Job Title: Sr. PeopleSoft Technical Consultant Payroll & Absence Management
Location: Remote

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in PeopleSoft HCM, proven experience in designing and developing custom solutions, and the ability to support business-critical HR/Payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and Absence Management modules.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft customizations, enhancements, interfaces, reports, and workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Perform PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and Fluid development.
- Optimize performance and ensure compliance with payroll and absence rules.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and fixes ensuring smooth integration with payroll systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and provide end-to-end support.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
- Work in Agile/Waterfall environments to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft technical experience, with strong focus on Payroll and Absence Management modules.
- Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, Component Interface, Fluid Development.
- Strong understanding of Payroll rules, Absence processing, Time & Labor integration, and related compliance requirements.
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM upgrades, PUM Image updates, and tools upgrades.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, Oracle/DB2 databases, Unix/Linux scripting.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Global Payroll.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft Cloud Manager, PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
- Knowledge of integration with third-party payroll vendors.
- Prior experience working in large-scale enterprise HR systems.
