Bring your expertise to the forefront! We are seeking a highly skilled Power Apps Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, and hands-on coding abilities. You will mentor junior developers, guide best practices, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Development: Architect and help develop solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Coding & Technical Leadership: Review code while mentoring developers new to the platform.
  • Solution Design & Governance: Define best practices, governance models, and frameworks for Power Platform implementations.
  • Licensing & Connectors Strategy: Recommend appropriate licensing and connector usage based on business needs.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding multiple contractors and internal teams.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance policies within the Power Platform.

Qualifications:
  • Proven Expertise: Senior-level Power Platform developer with experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong Coding Skills: Ability to code and troubleshoot solutions in real time.
  • Mentorship Mindset: Comfortable coaching and guiding less experienced team members.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of governance, licensing, and security models for Power Platform.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in manufacturing or plant environments is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
