UX Designer #2522
Position Summary:
We re working with a high-growth product-led company that is focused on investing in optimizing the intersection between UX and conversion performance. This opportunity offers a unique opportunity to own and shape the user journey across high-impact areas of the company, including paid landing pages, site navigation, and core CTAs. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven testing efforts, translate behavioral insights into actionable hypotheses, and collaborate closely with paid media, design, and web strategy teams to launch quickly, iterate intelligently, and measure everything. This person will influence how conversion-focused UX is executed at scale, supported by a leadership team that values clarity, velocity, and results-oriented design.
Experience and Education:
- 10+ years in UX with an emphasis on CRO or performance-driven design.
- B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or marketing agency experience.
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Deep fluency in behavioral analytics and experimentation tools.
- Previous collaboration with paid media, SEO, and web analytics teams.
- Strong portfolio of UX work tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead UX testing and experimentation across revenue-driving landing pages.
- Partner with CRO and paid media teams to design experiences that convert.
- Use behavioral data (GA4, Clarity, heatmaps) to find friction and optimize flow.
- Build and run A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
- Translate test results into clear insights and next steps.
- Support site-wide IA and navigation improvements.
- Design mid- to high-fidelity wireframes aligned with UX intent.
- Guide personalization and UX debt prioritization in web strategy roadmap.
- Present UX recommendations and performance stories to leadership.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional peers in design, data, and media.
- Support long-term initiatives like navigation redesign and personalization.
- Ensure UX enhancements support both paid and organic traffic performance.
- Influence component consistency through Figma and design systems.
- Drive clarity and decision velocity across stakeholder teams.
- Operate with curiosity, urgency, and humility.
