Job Details

The position will act as the Technical Lead for an established development team that is currently adding additional staffing in support of the project. The Technical Lead will provide oversight, direction and guidance/consultation to the project development team throughout the entire project lifecycle through final acceptance of all deliverables. Will work with the project manager to ensure all aspects of project management disciplines and ensure compliance with agency specific and Commonwealth project management and project governance policies, procedures, standards and guidelines. Review and validate project deliverables to ensure information accuracy, thoroughness, completeness and compliance. Ensures project has a valid project plan that maintains scope, tasks, schedules, estimates, and status, and that information is accurately disseminated to IT management. Directs corrective actions in any area in which performance falls below objectives. Monitor the progress of the project and provide quick and accurate responses to Agency leadership as to status, issues and risks of the project. Serve as liaison between Agency leadership and in cooperation with the project manager. Assist in the preparation of reports and materials for regularly scheduled project reviews with Agency leadership, , and the project oversight committee.

This position will be hybrid, with a requirement to work on site a minimum of three days per week.
