Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design and Development:

  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Develop customizations, integrations, and workflows using Microsoft Dynamics tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution scope.

Implementation and Deployment:

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure solution quality and stability.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics solutions, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, upgrades, and patches.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to improve solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with organizational architecture and standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of solution capabilities and limitations.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics, including 5+ years of experience with development and implementation.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
  • C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Microsoft Certified Dynamics Developer or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred skills

  • Experience with other ERP/CRM systems
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
