SAP Business Analyst

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled SAP Business Analyst to join our team in the manufacturing sector. This mid-level role is pivotal in enhancing business processes through the effective application of SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and document business requirements.
Design and implement SAP solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Facilitate the configuration and customization of SAP systems to meet business needs.
Conduct end-to-end testing of SAP systems to ensure functionality meets user expectations.
Provide training and support to users on new systems and functionalities.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP processes, systems, and configurations.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of SAP modules and their application to business processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in system upgrades and migrations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with change management and its application in an ERP environment.
