Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 10 years of proven success in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively drive projects from initiation to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on milestones to stakeholders.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.

Ensure resource availability and allocation across project phases.

Facilitate effective communication across team members, departments, and leadership.

Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello) to monitor and report project progress.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

5 10 years of experience in project management roles.

PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification preferred.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycles (for IT-related roles).
