Job Details

Description of the Role: The Senior IT Analyst provides first-level IT support and technology solutions to internal users, participates in daily IT operational work, facilitates meeting technology, supports IT projects, and contributes to service excellence and organizational effectiveness.
Projects they will be working on / Day-to-day responsibilities: Provide timely IT support for software, hardware, and network issues, maintain office computers and printers, manage tickets in ServiceNow, support meetings and events, promote remote access and mobile technologies, handle network maintenance or outages, participate in IT initiatives, enforce data security policies, and travel occasionally.
