Job Description:

• Harmonize and integrate structured and unstructured clinical data
• Develop and validate state of the art and explainable predictive deep learning models
• Develop computable phenotypes through NLP
• Document technical workflows and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Expected Salary:
$20/hr

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in Python programming; knowledge of R is a plus.
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts, with proficiency in using the PyTorch framework.
• Strong understanding of NLP and transformer-based language models (e.g., LLaMA).
• Knowledge of LLM prompting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with NLP.
• Experience developing prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based applications.
• Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, or biomedical data applications.
• Familiarity with federated learning techniques.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate work assignments.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
