- Perform data analysis to track engagement and use insights to inform future content strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Design and implement strategic plans for new engagement formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, training, education, or employee engagement.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and improve content engagement.
- Understanding of social media best practices and/or SEO concepts to optimize content visibility and readership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a flexible and detail-oriented approach.
- Awareness of digital trends and innovative approaches to content and audience engagement.
