  • Establish and coordinate test infrastructure needs: test rigs, data acquisition systems, simulators, and automated test frameworks.

  • Lead test execution, data collection, instrumentation, and analysis; verify system performance against requirements, document anomalies, and support investigations and corrective actions.

  • Ensure rigorous configuration control and change management of test procedures and test data, work closely with Configuration Management and Systems Engineering teams.

  • Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve integration issues, align schedules, and enforce test and verification requirements.

  • Support safety and certification activities by producing verification evidence and contributing to safety analyses.

  • Drive continuous improvement in test processes, automation, and tools to increase test efficiency, repeatability, and data quality.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration & test engineers; build team capability through training and knowledge sharing.

  • Communicate test status, results, anomalies, schedule impacts, and technical recommendations to program management and stakeholders through concise reports and briefings.

  • Manage technical risks related to integration and test: identify, assess, mitigate, and report risk status to program leadership.

  • Support cost and schedule optimization related to test activities; identify opportunities to reduce rework and accelerate verification timelines.
