Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Project Manager / Business Analyst, Workday & Epic Systems Integration.
This is a 6-12 month remote opportunity with our premier healthcare client.
- The PM/BA will lead and support the coordination, analysis, and execution of integration efforts between the Workday Suite and Epic Systems across multiple healthcare entities.
- You will act as a critical bridge between clinical, operational, and IT teams, ensuring workflows align with organizational objectives and that technical solutions meet end user needs efficiently.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 10+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, Project Management, and Systems Integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in both Epic Systems and Workday Suite platforms.
- Proven background in clinical healthcare operations and clinical workflow optimization.
- Proven success managing large-scale projects including implementation, workflow mapping, QA/testing, and support.
- Deep understanding of healthcare business processes including perioperative, procedural scheduling, lab collection, inventory, and revenue cycle workflows.
- Adept in requirements gathering, risk assessment, ROI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice To Have Experience:
- Clinical experience such as Nursing
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or Epic Systems Certification
What You'll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Serve as the liaison between clinical, operational, and technical teams to coordinate the integration between Workday and Epic Systems.
- Lead and support workflow analysis, scoping, documentation, and mapping efforts for integration points.
- Conduct gap analyses and help define optimized workflows that support both patient care and administrative efficiency.
- Drive project schedules, track milestones, and support QA, UAT, rollout, and post-go-live activities.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage expectations, risks, and technical deliverables.
- Support data validation, reporting/analytics, and feedback loops to continuously improve system performance.
- Align projects with regulatory compliance, organizational goals, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate training, knowledge transfer, and communication across teams to support user adoption and long-term success.

Compensation and Employment
The expected pay rate for this position is $65 - $82 per hour W2 depending on experience and qualifications. This role qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance and PTO. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
