Job Details

Job Duties:
Incidents - Software break/fix
Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
PC Refresh
Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
Basic experience with Active Directory
Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus
Experience with ServiceNow- PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED
Experience with LogMeIn
Ticketing System is ServiceNow
Tech walk-up bar at staffed locations

Top Skills Details
1. Minimum 3 years of Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment.
2. Minimum 3 years of End user client
-LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
3. Customer Service Experience
4. Must complete medical compliance

Additional Information

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
