Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Lead Consultant to spearhead the implementation and optimization of Epicor Kinetic solutions across various operational domains. Such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management. This pivotal role will involve enhancing business processes, fostering client relationships, and leading project teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will be based in a dynamic, project-driven environment, where their expertise will directly contribute to the operational excellence and strategic growth of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the deployment of Epicor Kinetic solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.
  • Analyze and re-engineer business processes within Supply Chain, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Organize and manage project activities, including task assignments, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
  • Work closely with other workstream project managers and team members to foster a culture of trust, cooperation, and excellence.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior consultants and team members on best practices in ERP implementation and operations management.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement within the organization and for clients, promoting innovative solutions that address operational challenges.

Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex ERP projects from inception to completion.
  • Epicor certification or formal training in Kinetic modules.
  • Experience with business process reengineering and system integration.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or ERP implementation, specifically with Epicor Kinetic or similar systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • PMP or other project management certification.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies for enhanced project delivery.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
