Informatica SaaS MDM Architect/Lead

Role: Technology Manager MDM (Informatica SaaS)

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 6 months (high possibility of extension)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Manager to lead the implementation of a Master Data Management (MDM) solution leveraging Informatica SaaS MDM. The candidate will serve as the overall technology lead for the project and play a key role in solution architecture and offshore team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Technology Lead for the full lifecycle of the MDM implementation.
• Act as the Solution Architect for the MDM platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability using Informatica SaaS MDM.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore teams, overseeing development activities including CDI (Customer Data Integration), CDQ (Customer Data Quality), and CAI (Cloud Application Integration) components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to define data governance and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical designs, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables with a focus on quality and business value.

Required Skills:

• Informatica SaaS MDM architecture and technical implementation (strong hands-on knowledge required).
• Proven leadership experience in managing onshore-offshore teams.
• Deep understanding of Customer 360, CDI, CDQ, and CAI components.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to provide thought leadership and guidance on MDM best practices and solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Prior experience in large-scale MDM implementations in enterprise environments.
• Certification in Informatica MDM SaaS or Customer 360 is a plus.
