Position: Computer Operator
Location: St. Augustine, FL
Duration: 12 months
** This is a part-time role- hours= 20 hours/week
Pay Rate Range: $18-$20/hr
Project Description:
In this candidates will be supporting internal and external customers through Business Services pillars of Mail Services, Scanning and Document management, Printing, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and/or other requirements as set forth to support the business needs of the organization and company.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training. Required constant standing and scanning of documents.
Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in using MS office tools, Adobe Acrobat, and other document conversion software.
Strong proficiency in document logistics.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
