Position Overview
The Sr. UX Designer will lead human-centered design initiatives across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. This role involves driving user research, interaction design, and usability testing to craft intuitive digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, shaping user journeys and ensuring thoughtful, elegant, and scalable design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across customer portals, enterprise applications, ecommerce platforms, and conversational experiences.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability testing to gather actionable insights.
Translate business, user, and content requirements into strategic UX deliverables including personas, user journeys, experience maps, IA, sitemaps, flows, and wireframes.
Apply human-centered and design-thinking principles to simplify complex workflows and systems.
Collaborate closely with visual designers, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to prioritization and iteration cycles.
Present UX strategies, design decisions, and prototypes to internal and client leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree in User Experience, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (Master s preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of UX Design experience across digital products or enterprise applications.
Strong proficiency in:
- UX Research (interviews, gap analysis, usability studies)
- Information Architecture (sitemaps, user journeys, user flows)
- Interaction Design (wireframes, prototyping)
- Human-centered design and design-thinking methodologies
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in conversational UX design.
Exposure to Agile development environments.
Experience working within cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
