Description
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our Maximo Enterprise Asset Management platform. This role is essential in ensuring the system operates efficiently, supports organizational goals, and evolves to meet changing business needs. You will collaborate with various teams to implement solutions, maintain system integrity, and drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external vendors to plan, test, and apply system patches and upgrades in a timely manner.
Manage user roles, access controls, and security groups to uphold data integrity and compliance standards.
Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and streamline operations using Maximo functionalities.
Stay updated on Maximo product developments and industry trends to recommend proactive system improvements.
Configure Maximo modules, workflows, and security settings to align with business requirements.
Provide support for data analysis, reporting needs, and change management initiatives to maximize system usage.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Conduct quarterly reviews of user access to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system solutions with broader organizational objectives.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise asset management.
In-depth knowledge of Maximo architecture, modules, workflows, and security configurations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with IT best practices, system integrations, and emerging technologies.
Experience with Maximo implementations and integrations is preferred.
Maximo certifications are an advantage.
