RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, AI Software Startup in Boston, MA. The candidate will work a hybrid schedule in the Boston office.
Summary:
A high-powered startup staffing technology company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead platform and system development for recruiters, talent, and employers. The role centers on supporting end-to-end staffing workflows-sourcing, screening, compliance, credentialing, scheduling, and post-placement-using automation and AI to improve efficiency and experience. This position reports to the Head of Product and collaborates closely with product, engineering, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Drive roadmap for staffing workflow automation and systems of record (ATS, CRM, payroll)
* Conduct user research to identify manual workflow inefficiencies
* Design scalable solutions using AI, no-code/low-code, and custom development
* Partner with engineering to deliver internal tools for recruiting and onboarding automation
* Define and track key metrics: time-to-fill, recruiter productivity, automation percentage
* Manage implementation and training for new workflows
* Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance recruiter, candidate, and client tools
REQUIREMENTS:
* Mid/senior experience in product management, consulting, operations automation, or related areas
* HR tech, staffing, or workflow software background strongly preferred
* Proven ability to design and launch workflow automation tools
* Experience applying AI to product data and workflow problems
* Strong UX skills and focus on user productivity
* Bonus: Distributed team experience or services business tech development
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
