Position : Utility Technical Project Manager
Location: Hybrid (Maryland)

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in electrical power distribution and transmission projects to lead and deliver large-scale utility infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, utility operations experience, and strong project execution skills.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related technical field; PMP certification preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in utility-scale electrical transmission and/or distribution project management.
- Strong understanding of electric utility operations, grid modernization, load forecasting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven success managing cross-discipline technical teams and multi-million-dollar capital projects.
- Familiarity with NERC/FERC standards, utility interconnection processes, and permitting for energy infrastructure.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with distribution automation, AMI, DER integration, or utility data analytics.
- Knowledge of SCADA, GIS, and asset management systems (e.g., Maximo).
- PE license or advanced technical certifications a plus.
