ENGAGEMENT TYPE:

6-month + contract.
Seeking an Oracle C2M Developer/Designer to join our team as a Contractor on a high-impact project leading our utility Client undergoing a modernization effort. As a member of this C2M Swat team, you ll be pivotal in turning business and functional requirements into quality, technical requirements and developing them into actionable code. This role offers complete remote flexibility, strategic influence, and the opportunity to mentor and help grow a fast-scaling team.

WHAT YOU LL DO

Translate functional and business designs into detailed technical design documents, Integrate C2M, write and support code (Groovy), migrate OIC, test, review efforts and make sure the code has been configured properly. Ensure that builds in EDMS meet quality standards, follow agreed-upon specifications and deliver to the business.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to ensure clear, scalable, and maintainable code and designs.
Facilitate walkthroughs of technical specifications with the global development team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Analyze and triage defects, recommending fixes and improvements to ensure quality and stability.
Train and mentor junior offshore and newly onboarded technical team members on design standards, tools, and best practices.
Partner with leadership to help build out long-term capabilities and design frameworks for the client s Oracle Utilities landscape.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience as a Developer and Technical Designer on Oracle C2M implementations (Customer to Meter).
Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), OIC and EDMS and best practices within.
Hands-on development experience within Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and for designing C2M integrations.
Hands on integration development experience in ODI
Experience in Groovy coding configuration tools and scripting languages.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and guide technical teams.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with other Oracle Utilities products (e.g., CC&B, MDM, MWM).
Familiarity with utility billing, customer service, or meter operations.
Oracle certifications are a plus.
