Title: Oracle CPQ Developer
Location: Onsite Dayton, OH (45424)
Employment Type: 6+ Month W2 Contract-to-Hire (No C2C or Sponsorship Available)

Job Description:
Talent Groups is seeking a skilled Oracle CPQ Developer to support and enhance enterprise quoting and pricing processes through the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform. This onsite role involves collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement scalable CPQ solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions, including product configuration rules, pricing models, approval workflows, and custom quote templates
  • Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
  • Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms
  • Customize CPQ functionality using BML (Big Machines Language), Java, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure high performance and reliability
  • Support testing, deployment, and release management processes
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and provide end-user support
  • Ensure solutions align with best practices for scalability, performance, and security

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud, including configuration, commerce, and pricing components
  • Proficiency in BML and experience designing commerce processes
  • Strong technical background in Java, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Experience integrating CPQ with ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle ERP, Salesforce)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in team settings

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
