Job Details
Title: SAP SuccessFactor Architect
Location: Remote(Travel Required to PA)
Duration: Longterm
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical and functional lead for the Onboarding 2.0 implementation using EC Mini Master.
- Lead architecture design sessions and define the end-to-end solution blueprint, including integration with SAP HCM and external systems.
- Ensure seamless migration of processes and functionalities from Onboarding 10 to 2.0.
- Provide expert guidance on EC Mini Master configuration, limitations, and workarounds.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure proper configuration of workflows, panels, business rules, and compliance forms.
- Oversee the development of interfaces using SAP Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (SCI), or other middleware.
- Work with stakeholders to validate functional and technical specifications.
- Support the creation of To-Be process flows, architecture diagrams, and test strategies.
- Provide review and oversight on system testing, data migration, and UAT.
- Ensure full alignment with the client s IT policies and security standards.
- Participate in regular status meetings with project stakeholders and report progress to the client s Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems or related field.
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
- Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations with SAP HCM and third-party platforms.
- Deep understanding of EC Mini Master framework, data model, and constraints.
- Proven experience transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
- Familiarity with SAP Integration tools (SCI, PI/PO) and APIs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with hybrid project management models (Waterfall + Agile elements).
