Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid 1 day/week onsite, must be flexible for up to 5 days onsite as required)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IVR Developer to support a hybrid role in Harrisburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing IVR applications, preferably on the Concentrix platform, and a solid understanding of telephony systems and contact center solutions. This role requires flexibility for on-site presence and participation in on-call rotation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Concentrix platform & Intervoice Development Studio Interaction Composer
Develop IVR logic using ECMAScript and JavaScript
Integrate IVR with telephony and contact center platforms (Avaya preferred)
Build C#/VB.NET ancillary applications as needed
Execute unit and functional testing to validate code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and translate into application features
Provide production support including patches, upgrades, incident and problem management
Participate in code reviews, risk mitigation, and documentation
Utilize SDLC methodologies to ensure delivery of high-quality applications
Manage and maintain version control for code repositories
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on IVR applications
Hands-on experience with Concentrix IVR platform
Knowledge of ECMAScript, JavaScript, and object-oriented programming principles
Experience with C# / VB.NET, web security, and REST/SOAP API integration
Familiarity with Avaya contact center platforms is a strong plus
Experience with Jira, SDLC methodologies, and version control systems
Strong SQL and database design skills (relational and NoSQL)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
Experience with mainframe applications and Java EE
Prior work with SOAP/REST APIs and web services
Understanding of end-to-end IVR call flows and telephony infrastructure
Note: Candidates should be local to Pennsylvania Or Relocation will also work and available to work hybrid with flexibility for full on-site presence if needed.
