Job Details
Mandatory Qualifications:
1. A minimum of five (5) years within the last ten (10) years providing Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) or Project Oversight (PO) services to federal, state and/or local government entities by performing a combination of the following tasks:
a) Experience providing consulting services for the review and validation of best practice compliance of one or more CDT Project Approval Lifecycle projects.
b) Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments, in accordance with Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standards [IEEE-STD-610.12-1990 & IEEE STD 1012-216];
c) Developing IV&V or PO monthly activity and task reports; and
d) Performing traceability matrix analysis.
2. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the last ten (10) years working as IV&V or Project Oversight on a large-scale software development project. Large-scale is defined as a project with at least one thousand (1,000) end users and a cost of at least five (5) million dollars.
3. Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.
4. Baccalaureate-level degree from an accredited university.
5. Must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
