Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Tosca Test Architect to lead the automation strategy and test architecture for SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically focusing on Plan-to-Make and Order-to-Cash business processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Tosca, SAP testing frameworks, and cross-functional SAP modules, with a strong background in enterprise test management, automation design, and continuous integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Tosca-based automation framework for SAP S/4HANA.
Define end-to-end automation strategy and roadmap for Plan-to-Make and Order-to-Cash processes.
Collaborate with functional SMEs, business analysts, and SAP consultants to understand business flows and ensure test coverage.
Develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable test components and libraries in Tosca.
Establish integration of test automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
Provide hands-on technical leadership to test automation teams across global delivery hubs.
Drive shift-left testing initiatives and integrate test scenarios early in the development lifecycle.
Define KPIs, quality metrics, and reporting dashboards for automated test execution and defect trends.
Perform impact analysis for SAP changes and lead regression test planning.
Support performance testing and interface validation where required (e.g., IDOCs, APIs).
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Tosca Testsuite automation design, test case modeling, test data management.
Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA automation, especially across PTM (Plan-to-Make) and OTC (Order-to-Cash) process flows.
Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules like PP, MM, SD, and FI from a testing standpoint.
Deep understanding of business process test automation, SAP Fiori/UI5 testing, and custom enhancements validation.
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager, BPCA, CBTA, or similar test integration tools.
Experience in test strategy development, risk-based testing, and defect lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery models and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Tricentis Tosca Certification (AS1, TDS, Test Architect, etc.)
Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI) and interface test automation.
Understanding of test environments, data masking, and synthetic test data generation.
Experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX) is a plus.
