Job Title: Senior Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Columbus, OH ( 5 positions)
Location: Chicago, IL (5 positions)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in building scalable enterprise applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS, Kafka, and modern development practices, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, robust software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full-stack Java applications using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kubernetes.
- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.
- Work with Kafka for real-time streaming and event-driven systems.
- Implement and execute unit testing using JUnit and other testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability across distributed environments.
- Lead and mentor junior developers by providing best practices, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Drive DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
Mandatory Skills
- 10 years experience
- Java (Core & Advanced)
- Spring Boot & Microservices Architecture
- Kubernetes / Containerization (Docker)
- AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
- Kafka (Messaging & Streaming)
- JUnit / Test Automation
- Strong experience with REST APIs and API security
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React / Angular or other front-end frameworks.
- Knowledge of NoSQL / SQL Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code.
- Exposure to Monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
- Financial/Banking experience highly preferred
