Job Title: Technical Support Engineer


Location: Santa Clara, CA, 95054 (Hybrid)


Pay Range: $35/hr. - $45/hr.



Responsibilities:



  • Be a Customer Advocate providing support to users/administrators of our platform.

  • Understand our platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting.

  • Resolve technical cases?created by customers looking for?help to understand or?troubleshoot unexpected?behaviors.


Required Skills:



  • Expertise with scripting languages such as JavaScript.

  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).

  • Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting or configuration knowledge on LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication.
