IT Manager Epicor \ ERP Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven ERP Systems Administrator to oversee and support our cloud-based ERP environment. This position will serve as the primary on-site IT contact, supporting around 60 users while collaborating closely with the Corporate IT team. The ideal individual will have hands-on technical experience with ERP systems (particularly Epicor or similar), strong general IT support skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the ERP system, including:
    - Configuring the system and managing user accounts
    - Customizing dashboards and reports
      - Diagnosing and resolving application issues
      - Supporting system upgrades and integrations
      - Providing initial support for PSI and shop floor manufacturing systems
    • Provide desktop, hardware, and general network support for local users
    • Work with Corporate IT for escalations, best practices, and project alignment
    • Maintain system documentation and update user training resources
    • Offer after-hours assistance for critical issues or scheduled maintenance as required

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 5–10 years of ERP system administration and support experience, preferably with Epicor.
    • Experience managing Epicor Kinetic ERP in cloud or on-premise environments.
    • Familiarity with core ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, and Financials.
    • Proficiency in:
    - ERP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
    - Supporting manufacturing operations and shop floor systems
    • Basic understanding of:
      - Networking and security fundamentals
      - Desktop and hardware support
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with system integration and development tools.
    • Knowledge of business process modeling and workflow automation tools.
