Location: REMOTE

We are seeking a driven and experienced M365 Architect to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey by designing, implementing, and managing solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 technologies, with a strong focus on Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure. You will possess in-depth knowledge of these platforms and have a proven track record of successfully modernizing and migrating solutions to the cloud.

Responsibilities:

o Design and define M365 solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.

o Develop cloud-first architecture leveraging Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure services.

o Recommend and implement best practices for information governance and security within M365 and Azure.

o Design and develop robust Power Apps solutions for automating business processes.

o Work with internal teams to define logical architecture of the applications and present it to customer.

o Create reusable custom connectors and Power Automate flows for enhanced functionality.

o Implement Power Automate workflows for efficient data integration and automation.

o Utilize Azure services like Azure AD, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps for advanced integrations and automation.

o Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure using proven best practices.

o Develop and execute complex migration plans for SharePoint and other M365 workloads.

o Utilize Microsoft migration tools and frameworks for efficient transitions.

o Manage and mitigate risks associated with data migration projects.

• Additional Responsibilities:

o Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in M365 technologies.

o Understand business requirements and work with team to define architecture and create proposals for customers.

o Participate in knowledge sharing and training initiatives within the team.

o Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, with a strong focus on Power Platform, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online.
• Experience with SharePoint Online migration tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Azure AD, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex migration projects.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices within M365.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform technologies are a plus.
