Responsibilities:
- UX StXXgy and XXgn Leadership: Define and lead the UX design strategy for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct and oversee user research initiatives, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics reviews, to understand user needs and inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. CollaboXX with UI designers to refine visual and interactive elements.
- Information Architecture: Organize content and information to ensure users can navigate and find information intuitively, aligning with best practices for accessibility and usability.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to incorpoXX technical requirements, iteXX on designs, and deliver seamless product experiences.
- Advocacy for User-Centered XXgn: Champion UX best practices and a user-first approach across the organization, providing insights into industry trends and evolving design standards.
- Accessibility and Inclusive XXgn: Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, optimizing for diverse user needs and promoting an inclusive user experience.
- User-Centered UX Strategy Documentation: Comprehensive UX strategy documents aligning design objectives with business and user needs, including user personas, journey maps, and key design principles.
- User Research Reports and Analysis: Documentation of user research findings, including usability test reports, survey results, and user insights, with recommendations for design improvements.
- Wireframes, Prototypes, and Interaction XXgns: Deliverables include low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive mockups, demonstrating key user flows and interface layouts.
- Information Architecture Documentation: Organized content structures, navigation maps, and information architecture diagrams that promote intuitive user navigation and information retrieval.
- Accessibility Compliance Audits and Reports: Accessibility audit reports based on WCAG standards, with documentation of design adjustments and solutions to ensure inclusivity.
- UX Guidelines and Best Practices Documentation: Comprehensive UX guidelines for use by design and development teams, including best practices, design standards, and usability principles to maintain design consistency.
- Cross-functional XXgn Collaboration Artifacts: Collaboration artifacts, such as annotated design specifications, feature checklists, and requirements documentation, to facilitate alignment with product and development teams.
- UX Strategy & Problem-Solving Skills (30%)
- Proven ability to define and lead UX strategy for digital products.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex design challenges, translating user needs into intuitive interfaces.
- Ability to balance business goals with user-centered design principles to create impactful experiences.
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including user testing, surveys, and data analytics.
- Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform design improvements and innovation.
- Skilled in creating detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that effectively communicate design intent.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and ability to collaboXX closely with UI designers and developers.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience designing for users with diverse needs.
- Commitment to inclusive design practices, ensuring all products are usable by as many people as possible.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience advocating for UX best practices across diverse teams.
- Ability to present design ideas clearly, receive constructive feedback, and integXX suggestions effectively.
