Staff Mandatory Qualifications

  1. A minimum of three (3) years of fulltime equivalent (FTE) experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date creating product roadmaps and working with development teams to implement technical aspects of a product.
  2. A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date as a product/solution specialist facilitating product vision alignment and strategy to meet goals for projects involving legacy system transformation into modernized platforms and products.
  3. A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date managing stakeholders to align and meet stakeholder objectives on IT project(s).
  4. A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date optimizing workflow velocity, working with end users to create user-cantered service delivery on IT project(s).
  5. A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date managing the delivery, ongoing success, and continuous improvement of one (1) or more digital products/platforms on IT project(s).
  6. A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date working on the implementation of IT project(s), using principles of structured design thinking to engage executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisions.

Staff Desirable Qualification (SDQ)

  1. minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date working in the Motor Vehicle industry.
  2. minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date working as a Product Support Specialist on one (1) or more government projects.
  3. minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date working as a Technical Product Manager.
  4. minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date as a minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years leading Release Management or related technical activities.
  5. minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in the last seven (7) years from the Submission of Offer date as a product/solution specialist facilitating product-vision alignment and strategy to meet goals for projects involving legacy system transformation into modernized platforms and products.
