Job Summary:

We are seeking highly experienced Eloqua and Marketo SMEs for a critical migration project. Need 1 Developer and 1 Architect to support in the successful transition from Oracle Eloqua to Adobe Marketo, ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect

  • Lead the strategy and architecture design for the Eloqua to Marketo migration.
  • Provide end-to-end solution design, data flow, and system integration plans.
  • Ensure platform best practices and compliance with marketing automation standards.

Developer

  • Execute migration tasks including asset recreation, workflows, data mapping, and integration.
  • Develop custom solutions, scripts, and automation to support migration and post-migration processes.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and validate migrated assets and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with deep expertise in both Eloqua and Marketo platforms.
  • Proven migration experience between Eloqua and Marketo.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Eloqua and Marketo functionalities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling, transformation, and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $150,000 - $180,000
